Our Story

Founded in 2008, Sour Sally is a premium non-fat frozen  yogurt brand, a pioneer in the  frozen yogurt  retail industry  in Indonesia. Founder  Donny Pramono was first inspired by his own  love for frozen yogurt during  his studies in Los Angeles. An aspiring  entrepreneur  since  childhood,  Donny’s vision was to  build a  global lifestyle icon within the frozen yogurt industry and  beyond.

Since the opening of its first outlet at Senayan City in May 2008, Sour Sally has whirled its way into the hearts of customers. By the beginning of 2014, Sour Sally has expanded to a total of 42 stores in 11 major cities in Indonesia and Singapore.  The secret? Premium quality yogurt with all-natural ingredients imported from the US. With a variety of flavors and toppings to choose from, customers love Sour Sally for its taste, freshness, and wholesomeness.

Sour Sally has recently expanded its menu to include other healthy snack options such as its all-natural, made-to-order fruit smoothies, bubble milk teas, yogurt teas, and shaved ice concoctions. Sour Sally’s success in the retail market has also allowed it to broaden its services including delivery and catering for events.

Sour Sally also provides two types of store model, Sour Sally Boutique and Sour Sally Mini. Sour Sally Boutique provides larger space with more seating area and numerous types of product range in both frozen yogurt and yogurt drinks, while Sour Sally Mini has a smaller counter area and differs in its frozen yogurt serving size with lower unit value to provide more affordable high quality frozen yogurt!
